This Billing Terms and Conditions document outlines the payment and billing practices for Try Orthae. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We use Stripe as our secure payment gateway to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Through Stripe, we accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club.

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Other Options: Any other local payment methods supported by Stripe in the UK.

All payments are processed in British Pounds (GBP).

2. PAYMENT PROCESSING

  • Payments must be completed at the time of purchase.

  • Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been received and verified.

  • If a payment is declined or fails through Stripe, the order will not be confirmed or fulfilled.

3. PRICING & TAXES

  • All prices listed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP).

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • The total price calculated at checkout includes the product cost and any applicable shipping fees. In accordance with UK law, any applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the final price unless stated otherwise.

  • Try Orthae uses SSL encryption and Stripe, a globally trusted payment processor, to ensure your transactions are secure.

  • We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers. All sensitive data is handled securely by Stripe.

5. REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS

  • Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used via Stripe.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks are taken seriously and will be disputed. If you experience any billing issues, please contact us first at contact@tryorthae.com to resolve the matter.

6. FRAUD PREVENTION

  • Try Orthae and Stripe monitor transactions for suspicious activity.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

  • Additional identity verification may be requested for high-value transactions to protect both the customer and the store.
